Everything we sell is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

What "delivery" means

Your package is delivered when your website is live on your domain and we have emailed you a handover note with your logins and a short guide.

Timelines

Working days exclude weekends and South African public holidays. Timelines start on the working day after we receive your completed onboarding form and content.

After you pay

  1. Paystack emails your receipt straight away.
  2. We email your onboarding form within one working day.
  3. You receive a private preview link at roughly the halfway point.
  4. After your two rounds of changes, we launch and send your handover note.

Domains

If you already own a domain, we connect it. If you need a new one, we register it in your name and bill the registration fee at cost.

Care plan

Care services start on the day your site goes live and continue monthly until you cancel.
